Element hiding exclusions, added using filtering log, are not applied to frames
Steps to reproduce
- Open filtering log
- Open https://flagandcross.com/aoc-is-now-suggesting-that-president-trump-is-trying-to-get-her-assassinated-details/
- Create exclusion for
##div[id^="div-gpt-ad"] - Refresh a page
Expected behavior
Exclusion is applied, no blocking rule in the filtering log;
Actual behavior
Blocking rule still displayed in the log

Your environment
- AdGuard AdBlocker extension version: 3.2.1
- Environment name and version: Chrome
- Filters you use in AdGuard: Base
in my case rule made by Filtering log instruments didn't work, because that elements were connected not to website domain, but to frame domain, and field Source displayed incorrectly in Filtering log
