Personally, I used this VPN setting in 3x-UI with Russian geolocation to bypass YouTube and Instagram ads.
Now, when I use your VPN as a backup and primary one for the whole family, annoying ads appear from the locations it's connected to. Your DNS is set in the settings, but it doesn't help.

You submitted a V2Ray routing rule for ad blocking. It won't work with AdGuard VPN, because AdGuard VPN utilizes its own protocol and networking stack. Consequently, AdGuard VPN can't apply V2Ray routing rules.
To effectively block ads on YouTube use the Integrated Mode with AdGuard Ad Blocker application. This allows us to apply cosmetic filtering (element hiding) inside the VPN tunnel.
