Adguard VPN reconnects when I close then reopen the app in Integrated mode

Environment

  • OS: 18.6.2
  • Device: 15 pro max

I am currently using integrated mode and I have also tried this with full vpn, but whenever i close the VPN app in connection status, then when I reopen the vpn it re- establishes the connection which means I get disconnected and then reconnected every time i close and reopen.

Issue Details

Prerequisites

  • Operating mode is set to Integrated mode
  • AdGuard VPN is connected to any location

Steps to reproduce

  1. Swipe AdGuard VPN app away from the Recent apps list
  2. Launch AdGuard VPN app

Expected Behavior

App should already show connected and I should not be disconnected and then reconnected.

Actual Behavior

@stubbsyy Could you please collect the logs from your device following the steps below?

  1. Enable debug logging: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Logging level -> Extended.

  2. Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time it happened.

  3. Collect logs: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Export logs and system info.

  4. Send the file to [email protected]:

    • include [iOS] keyword and 457 in the subject of your email
    • specify the exact time when the issue occurred
