After applying "Enable" button in browser extension & returning in app there are no instantly update of the exclusion status at checkbox on the Exclusions section

Issue Details

Preconditions:

• App is running with established VPN connection.
• "2ip.ru" is added to the list of exclusions and enabled
• Exclusions screen is open

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open "2ip.ru" in a browser's private window -> press "share" button & tap the Ext exclusion action option
2. Press "Enable"
3. Return to the app

Expected Behavior

The status of the 2ip.ru exclusion has changed to disabled

Actual Behavior

The status of exclusion didn't update (still enabled)
