One-letter second level domains and any top level domains fail to be added to exclusions

Any compatible iOS version

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Exclusions tab
2. Tap the Add website option
3. Enter t.me to the entry field and tap the Save button

Expected behaviour

Domain is successfully added to the list

Actual behaviour

The "Invalid value" error is displayed, domain is not added

Additional info

Two-letter second-level domains can be added without any issues

Top level domains fail to be added as well. For example, com or net.
