Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Wi-fi is enabled and mobile data is disabled
2. Go to Settings -> Support -> Report a bug or Request a feature
3. Tap on the message input field
4. Disable Wi-fi

Expected Behavior

Nothing changes

Actual Behavior

The message input field increases and is half hidden behind the keyboard
