The message input field when sending a bug report doesn't increase when the keyboard is closed after certain actions

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Tap on Report a bug or Request a feature
2. Tap on Send
3. Tap on the cross in the Email field
4. Tap on the Email field
5. Tap on free space to collapse a keyboard

Expected Behavior

The message input field increases in size to the default state

Actual Behavior

The message input field remains small
