Add the ability to search for cities by initials (e.g., `ny`, `LA`)

Issue Details

Now cities can only be searched by full name, which is very inconvenient for New York and Los Angeles, since the initials NY and LA are widely known.

Proposed solution

Add a search for cities by initials (e.g. NY, LA) and make it case-insensitive (e.g. so I can use La and ny as well).
