Adding apps to exclusion list

Issue Details

I often don't know all the IP addresses that an application is accessing, so I can't manually enter all of them. And sometimes it’s not easy at all to find out at least one IP address.

Proposed solution

Adding apps to the exclusion list as in desktop AdGuard VPN apps.

We will look for the possibility of technical implementation, as there are restrictions on the part of the system. Maybe we will add another implementation of this feature in future releases.
