the VPN for windows and Andriod has problem

Steps to reproduce: 1.it happens when i try to establish connection 2. 3.

Expected Behavior

connect to a point

Actual Behavior

it seems that the VPN cant find the position of me and the APP for WINDOWS and ANDRIOD cant work but the extension on Edge works. When I log out all accounts of VPN and try to log in to slove the problem .The ANDRIOD APP can work but the APP on windows cant work
