Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Connect to any VPN server
- Run torrent client qbittorrent
- Choose Adguard VPN as an network adapter in Qbittorrent client settings
- After some time Adguard will loose connection.
Expected Behavior
All torrent traffic must be routed through a VPN tunnel.
Actual Behavior
It's routed directly. Also app loose connection via QUIC after some time. If to try to open any web resource browser will show connection error and also torrent client will stop any download or upload activity.

Additional Information
It was investigated in closed issue https://github.com/AdguardTeam/VpnLibs/issues/62 and marked as fixed, but with latest VPN CoreLibs 0.16.11 it's not fixed.
Also with QUIC enabled Adguard VPN looses connection after some time with working torrent client and active torrent traffic. App showing that it still connected, but if to try to open any website browser will show connection error.
if to select Adguard VPN as network interface in Qbittorrent settings. In that case all traffic of torrent client going via Adguard VPN. But serious problem with QUIC. After some minutes Adguard looses connection. App showing that connection is ok, but torrent stops any activity and also if to try to open any website browser will show connection error, also with other apps (Adguard blocker will show error while updating filters). It will be till reconnection and after it just the same when torrent client will start P2P activity. With HTTP/2 it's ok, but speed is extremly low even without torrent, because of RKN blocking.
Also sometimes this error happens even if torrent client is in exlusions list.
Any solution?
Without Wintun even with torrent excluded app showing error that something went wrong.
@ngorskikh when it's expected to be fixed? From last friday QUIC is disabled and IPv6 on all servers. Evean on Android app no QUIC and IPv6.
@shamarin On last release both QUIC and in-tunnel IPv6 should be fixed. Broken QUIC connection after some time with Torrents on should be fixed too.
However, there are some reports about QUIC speed in RKN area, so at ths time QUIC is not recommended.
