List not updated with Everywhere mode in Exclusions

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Everywhere mode and add few websites. Then remove them one by one.
2. For other issue, while websites were added and click the checkboxes next to them.

Expected Behavior

List should be updated when you remove any website and click checkboxes.

Actual Behavior

While selected Everywhere mode, if you add a few websites to the list and remove them, they won't be removed from the list. It is only removed when you click on another area or tab and return to this list (website is being removed, just the list is not updated). Also while website were added to the list, if you click checkboxes next to them, checkboxes won't updated.
