Environment

- OS: Windows 10
- Other network-level software: no

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable WinTun
2. Connect to any location
3. Hibernate the system
4. Wake the system from hibernation

Expected Behavior

Internet works, the app reconnects to a location.

Actual Behavior

Internet does not work.
