Add an option to configure behavior when a connected location disappears.

Issue Details

When the location that user is connected to disappears, we try to connect another fastest location. This may not what be the good scenario for some cases.

Proposed solution

Add a setting to let user decide if we should block the Internet (if the kill switch option is on) or connect to a fastest location available.
