Notification when connected to VPN

Issue Details

If, for example, AdGuard VPN automatically connects when the system starts, then I would like to know which server AdGuard connected to or for what reason it failed to connect, without opening the application.

Proposed solution

Add a notification that would show which server AdGuard VPN connected to, which would then automatically disappear from the Notification Center.

@alexx7311 you are talking about a pop-up window in the application UI, but I am talking specifically about the system notification in the Notification center. So, when the OS starts, many applications are often launched, and the AdGuard VPN window usually overlaps another application. Also, if the connection is lost, I usually find out when I see a dot under the AdGuard VPN icon in the Dock.

And if you closed the issue, only you can reopen it.
