"App rating" is displayed after clicking on a star

Expected Behavior

After evaluating an application in the About section, I no longer see the application evaluation window, it disappears

Actual Behavior

After evaluating an application under "About" I see the application evaluation window, it does not disappear. If I re-enter "About", I can re-evaluate the application
