Switch to another server if the current one is out of service and kill-switch has blocked Internet

Problem Description

If current server stops working(another servers still working), kill-swich blocks Internet connection.

Proposed Solution

Add an option that allows to connect to another fastest server and notify user about this.

Could even have an option to set up a list of preferred servers and perhaps even priorities for them.
