Improve exclusions UI/UX

Issue Details

Currently it takes 7 clicks to change exclusion mode.. which is a pretty frequent operacions in certain countries..

Proposed solution

Would be great to reduce number of clicks and be able to switch modes right from menubar or be able to use Shortcut for this
