Connection isn't terminated when fast switching to another macOS user via menu bar

Issue Details

STR:

1. Create at least 2 user accounts on your system
2. Connect to a VPN server while logged in as User 1
3. Fast switch user via menu bar (without logout)
4. Check VPN connection status for User 2

The VPN app for User 2 has status Disconnected, but when you check via AdGuard test page, ipleak.net or any other test page, the connection for User 2 is not terminated.

Expected Behavior

When fast switching between OS user accounts, connection should be terminated, as is the case with user logout.

Additional Information

The issue doesn't happen if a user is switched via Log out
