Add support for Shortcuts

Problem Description

When using a VPN, some streaming services do not work with custom DNS, so while using AdGuard VPN, you need to use standard DNS. Changing DNS manually every time is inconvenient.

Proposed Solution

Add support for Shortcuts with the ability to enable and disable VPN and information about whether AdGuard VPN is currently connected.

@rakleed Hi! Sounds like you are talking about AdGuard VPN for iOS. On MacOS you can currently connect and disconnect from the tray. Could you clarify the difference between the shortcuts feature and the tray options already available?

@Versty starting with macOS 12 Monterey Shortcuts are available on macOS.

Shortcuts are designed to automate actions so that you don’t have to do something manually.
