Instagram app stops loading feed, reels, posts after some time

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to any location
2. Open Instagram app
3. Browse reels or scroll feed approximately for 5 mins straight

Expected Behavior

• Reels loads without delay
• Reels fully playback without stopping during viewing
• Аfter scrolling to the end of the feed, it continues loading without big delay

Actual Behavior

• Reels don't playback (or some of them)
• Reels playback to some point and then freezes
• Feed loading freezes and doesn't load new posts

I have noticed this problem as well with the Instagram app on my Samsung phone when using AdGuard VPN.
