the app doesn't open, doesn't go to the main screen, crashes

I use Ugoos TOX3 TV box (4/32). I downloaded the latest version of the application from Google Play. I rebooted the device. When I click on the application icon, the main screen of the application does not open, and the application immediately crashes. A few days ago everything was working correctly.

@02eph please try downloading version 2.12. Is the problem still recurring? Try also clearing completely Data in the system settings of the app and try again

I did everything you said and the error still persists
@02eph as far as I know, your TV box is identified as a tablet in the Play store. Please try to download the TV version directly and try again
