Add “Trusted network” feature, to automatically disable VPN on trusted networks

Hi team, Hope you are doing great.

I'm here to request a new feature to be added to the Android app, where the app when connected to specific trusted networks bypasses the VPN and connect automatically when connected to other networks.

I have seen this feature on many other VPN apps, and is quite useful to the end user. I believe it would be a great addition to the adguard VPN.
