Screen keyboard fails to open on Amazon Fire TV stick

Environment

Amazon Fire TV stick 4k max Fire OS 8.1.1.9

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and launch AdGuard VPN for Android TV
2. Accept the EULA & PP consent
3. Switch to "Email" login option on Log in or sign up screen
4. Move the focus to the input field

Expected behaviour

Screen keyboard has appeared

Actual behaviour

Screen keyboard has not appeared

Could you please provide an estimated timeframe for resolution? I am unable to configure the AdGuard Private DNS server within the AdGuard VPN for Android TV application on my Amazon Fire TV Stick.
