A list of locations doesn't scroll after certain actions

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Expand a list of locations
2. Scroll it down (it doesn't matter until the end or not)
3. Collapse list of locations
4. Minimize the app
5. Open the app againg
6. Expand list of locations
7. Try to scroll it up It doesn't scroll, instead of this it collapses.

Expected Behavior

The list is scrolling up.
