AdGuard VPN did not reconnect when AdGuard ad blocker was turned off

Issue Details

There are no exact steps. I noticed that after turning off the ad blocker, the system VPN icon did not appear. In the VPN app it said that it was connected to a German server, but the connection has not actually been established. After disconnecting and reconnecting the problem could not be reproduced.
