Add a widget to turn AdGuard VPN on and off

Proposed solution
Please add the AdGuard VPN enable/disable widget. This is sorely lacking. I'm tired of having to go into the app every time to turn it on and off.

@free-storage We will consider adding the widget in the future versions.
At this point, AdGuard VPN provides a tile that can be added to the Quick Access panel to fulfill this use case.
@Versty How to add a tile to the Quick Access Toolbar? Can I have a screenshot of what it looks like?

There's now a toggle action (long hold app icon & choose) that flips connected/disvonnected & some launchers will let 1 use this as a shortcut link. A widget, as requested, would also show current state.
