Static content on YouTube

In Russia, the yt3.ggpht.com domain was recently blocked, which served static content for YouTube (channel avatars & banners). If the extension works in selective mode and this domain is manually added to the exceptions, then it falls into the Google group instead of the YouTube group, and in this case the VPN is not activated and avatars are not loaded. In order for the VPN to be activated and the avatars to be loaded, you have to manually add the youtube.com domain to the exceptions, but this is undesirable, since youtube.com is not blocked.
