AdGuard VPN Browser Extension version

Environment

- OS: Windows 10
- Browser: Chrome, Brave

Issue Details

Using the Adguard VPN extension with the Adguard Windows app with userscripts. When you have the VPN on but you're on a website where it is turned off the userscripts don't work on that site either.

Example situation: -I use this userscript in the AG Windows app to show image dimensions on google images -I have AG VPN turned on but disabled on google.com -as a result the userscript doesn't work on google.com

another problem is that when you are on a website where the VPN is off you cannot turn the VPN on or off (for the other websites), nor is it possible to know whether the VPN is on or off from the extension icon
