Migrate Github Wiki to AdGuard DNS Knowledge Base

Description

Currently, our Wiki is stored on Github: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/wiki

There are many issues with this approach: we cannot localize articles, there are no pull requests, etc. Instead of that I suggest moving the Wiki content to AdGuard DNS knowledge base: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/KnowledgeBaseDNS

• [ ] Migrate Github Wiki to AdGuard DNS Knowledge Base
  • Open a pull request to DNS KB Add a new section "AdGuard Home" and migrate the Wiki content there.
  • Don't create duplicate articles! For instance, there's already an article about DNS filtering syntax there.
  • Make sure that the links inside the articles point to the corresponding DNS KB articles and not to the old Wiki.
• [ ] Change the old Github Wiki articles, link to the new knowledge base
• [ ] Change links in AdGuard Home Web UI
