DNS Stamps section in the "Setup guide" tab

Hello,

please add DNS stamps for encrypted endpoints with all encoded parameters required to connect to a secure DNS server as a single string in the "Setup guide" tab. Here is Go library for this - maybe useful: https://github.com/jedisct1/go-dnsstamps
