Inconvenient column resizing
Issue Details
Trying to resize just 1 column affects other columns: https://uploads.adguard.com/annrgy_62ioc.mp4
Also when we look into the blocked services inside the table they all displayed in a long row: https://uploads.adguard.com/annrgy_i4wse.mp4 --> I suggest reworking that by adding text/icon "All services blocked" or something like that.
Expected Behavior
User should be able to change the column size without affecting other columns. Only the line that we drag should change the position.

Issue Details
When you double-click the column you might expect it to expand, but it doesn't happen. Also it's not clear why 'Actions' tab is affected when you choose 'List URL': https://uploads.adguard.com/annrgy_7alj1.mp4
Why the first click on a column doesn't sort the data inside of it?
Expected Behavior
- It should be possible to expand the column with double click
- Perhaps 'Actions' tab shouldn't be highlighted
- Sorting should be reworked
For now, we can only fix these issues:
- Blocked services in a long row
- "Actions" tab highlight
Other issues should be fixed in the new version of the dashboard
