Add wildcard support on allowlist

Issue Details

Currently Adguard Browser Extension has the support for wildcard in allowlist added back in recent versions: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardBrowserExtension/issues/2020

Would like to see this implemented in Safari Extension as well.
