Add an anti-redirect switch

Issue Details

When opening an website containing for example video player it will open a new tab with ads when clicking on play on unmute.

Proposed solution

Include a switch to the adguard icon in safari to block the website opening ads in a new tab. When turned on you will only get a small notification, that the opening of a new tab has been blocked which will disappear on its own after 1-2 seconds.

@DrmedAllel Hello! Thanks! We'll think about the switch, but if you see an ad that opens when you click on a video, you can always report it via the extension popup.
