Add "Disable all rules for this site" feature

Problem Description

I want to clear blocked elements.

Proposed Solution

I want to be able undo blocking elements. If I blocked an element, I should be able to unblock it.

Additional Information

This is a feature in the desktop version, I would like it to be in the safari extension as well.
