Expand the main application menu with additional items

Add such items as:

  • About
  • Preferences
  • Hide AdGuard
  • Hide Other
  • Show All ....

Right now there is a Hide in AdGuard top menu, but to be consistent with other apps, it should be Hide AdGuard

In addition, having Window and Help menus may be nice, as most apps do have them.
