Sync user filters?

Is it possible to sync my user filters between computers? Can the larger Adguard app do this? Thanks.

iCloud should be able to basically sync the app's whole container, does seem like the solution.

iCloud would be great, but syncing against other accounts like Dropbox or Adguard account would make this also cross-browser compatible and not restrict syncing just to Safari/iOS
