Twitch Turbo nag screen getting through blocker

What filters do you have enabled?

AdGuard Base filter uBlock Origin Base filter

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Watch a twitch user who has ads enabled, such as joefudge
2. Wait about 2 minutes
3. At some point in that first 2 minutes run, the nag screen shown in the screenshot will appear to block the stream

Expected Behavior

I expect to never see the nag screen

Actual Behavior

I see the nag screen
