Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Watch a twitch user who has ads enabled, such as vinesauce
2. Wait (up to an hour) for ads to run
3. When they run, the window will resize and allow space for the ads to appear. Although the ads themselves are blocked by adguard extra, the space made for them still takes up room on the page, looking real dumb.

Expected Behavior

I expect to never see the video resize to make room for banner ads.

Actual Behavior

The video resizes to make room for banner ads.
