Custom hostnames

Issue Details

I'd like to see the ability to add custom hostnames to AdGuard DNS server profiles. For instance, www.asusrouter.com points to 192.168.1.1.

Looks like you can implement this feature using dnsrewrite filtering rules.

This doesn't seem to work, the domain name "asusrouter.com" doesn't resolve.
