Allow DoH2 and DoH3 access by bootstrap IPv4 and IPv6

Hello. Please add DoH2 and DoH3 access by plain IPs. Something like this: h3://94.140.14.49/dns-query/<device_id> h3://[2a10:50c0::ded:ff]/dns-query/<device_id> https://94.140.14.49/dns-query/<device_id> https://[2a10:50c0::ded:ff]/dns-query/<device_id>

As I see the public DNS already have these feature: https://94.140.14.49/dns-query h3://94.140.14.49/dns-query

This can be useful for avoiding of stub domain blocking and making latency more less.
