Allow ordering of servers and devices on server settings page

Issue Details

It seems that the only allowable order of devices and servers at the moment is the order in which they were added in.

Proposed solution

It would be nice to be provided with alternative methods of ordering, such as:

• Name
• Date added
• State (if the device is active or not active)

And of course with ascending/descending functionality.
