When connecting to any of the AdGuard DNS public servers, the AdGuard connection indicator vanishes on the dashboard
When connecting to any public AdGuard DNS server, the AdGuard dashboard connection indicator panel vanishes from the dashboard.
From what I've seen, AdGuard DNS says you're either using personal AdGuard DNS or not using AdGuard DNS at all, not factoring in public AdGuard DNS.
If this is the case, a third message likely needs to be provided such as: Your device is protected through AdGuard's public DNS server, with an amber light. Maybe an information tile in the corner somewhere to point users in the right direction.

This was tested from AdGuard for iOS switching between the inbuilt public AdGuard DNS servers, Google DNS, and my personal AdGuard DNS.

Also my eero router is connected to Adguard Private DNS but for some reason there is no green circle seen that's connected to my Adguard personal account. That only happens if I disable Adgaurd for Android and use my Adgaurd private dns through my router on my phone.
