Fix oversight on DisplayScriptVariable

Fixes a small oversight with `DisplayScriptVariable` that might result in a crash on hardware; implements a proper parameter count check for the text tag.

This has been a common issue for some time now, where upon completing the randomized version of Labyrinth Cave (Dungeon 91), the cutscene `D80P41A/m99a0129` would appear glitched and eventually softlock....
