[Request] prevent overscrolling

When grabbing the image, I can easily grab it out of the view. I think it is a small thing, but at the same time I'd love to see it perfect!

And you can even drag it further, making it unable to see.

@skyfighteer I've added moving range limit. You can't grab images out of the view. You can try it

Would anyone else like to see this?
