Feature: Temporary loadout signs

Purpose

The addition of the Temporary loadout sign modifier allows players to equip the loadout on the sign, then respawn with that player's respective default loadout (i.e. in a non-team game, the player would be equipped with the default loadout. In a team game, the player would be equipped with their team's loadout).
