Update Spyglass Crossbow charging animation

In first person view, the spyglass crossbow drawing animation is quite bad. The item is held in a position doesn't match the vanilla crossbow's animation, and the angle it's held at doesn't allow you to actually see the animation frames of the crossbow being drawn.
