LXDUI 2.1.3 reports itself as 2.1.2

I'm running the v2.1.3 tag in production, but every part of LXDUI (web UI, CLI, etc.) reports itself as version 2.1.2 because app/__metadata__.py appears to have not been updated for the 2.1.3 release.
