I can confirm this occurs in multiplayer even if the "server side saves only" setting is not set on either the client or server. Server is also running with "no-auto-pause"...

Can confirm. My issues were primarily in Outlook/Explorer. Changing directories in Explorer or any file operation would lag for 5-10 seconds. In Outlook, clicking an email, hitting Reply/Reply All, etc....
