Could you give detailed information to use yolo_Mobilenet.py

Hello, Thanks for your sharing code. I had done successfully until step 2 (I made voc2007.h5 file). But next step, yolo_Mobilenet.py is so difficult to use. I'm having trouble to use function detect_img and detect_video in yolo_Mobilenet.py.

Could you explain with detail of step 3 part?
